Workiz integration
Every lead Amelia takes on a call becomes a lead in Workiz within seconds. Paste your Workiz API token once; no Zapier needed.
What it does
Connect your Workiz account in Settings and every caller Amelia saves as a lead, plus every booking if you want, is created in Workiz right away with the name, phone, notes and your Job Type and Job Source. A log in your dashboard shows each one with a link into Workiz.
How it works on a call
- 1In Workiz, open Settings, then Integrations, then Developer, and generate your v1 API token and secret.
- 2In your AHVR dashboard, open Settings, then API and integrations, and paste both into the Workiz card.
- 3Pick what to send (new leads, bookings), type your Job Type and Job Source, and press Send a test lead.
- 4From then on every lead Amelia captures shows up in Workiz within seconds, with a log you can check.

Workiz integration: questions
Does it need Zapier?
No. Our server talks to the Workiz API directly. Zapier still works too if you prefer it.
What exactly is created in Workiz?
A lead with the caller's first and last name, 10-digit phone, email if given, what they asked about, the time, and your Job Type and Job Source. A booking can be a lead or a scheduled one-hour job, your choice.
Does Workiz need a certain plan?
Workiz's Developer API is an add-on you switch on in their Feature Center. If you do not see Integrations → Developer in Workiz, ask Workiz support to enable it.
Does Workiz integration cost extra?
No. It is part of every plan. Plans start with a 14-day free trial, and we set everything up with you.
